Echo Virtual Summit is a thought leadership and networking conference focused entirely on how businesses and organizations are adapting their meetings and events to virtual environments. We are thrilled to be able to host the summit in our Virtual Private Event Campus provided by our partners at Virbela. 

We hope you'll be able to join us for this first-in-kind virtual summit.  This is NOT just another webinar or Zoom conference call. We are seeking to push boundaries on what is possible online and welcome you to join us in the process.

Ryan is the co-founder of Event Farm and currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of MemberSuite (EventFarm's parent company).  He has been an event producer and experiential marketer for 15+ years.  He's worked with some of the largest brands and agencies in the world including Nike, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Adobe,  JP Morgan Chase, and dozens more to help execute thousands of event experiences around the world.  He has an insatiable passion for experience design and leveraging new technologies to wow attendees.

Alex is an organizational psychologist obsessed with the future of work. He is currently the Founder and President of VirBELA, a 3D virtual platform disrupting how people go to work and  events, and how they learn.

Nate is the Director of Product Management at MemberSuite (Event Farm's parent company). He has extensive experience bringing new products to market in emerging industries including predictive analytics and IoT. He's excited to apply virtual reality to bring people together so they can continue to excite change in the world.

Jane has more than 30 years of experience in the nonprofit world. Before joining MemberSuite as Director of Customer Success, she held several positions in the association space, including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Executive Director. In addition to working in the Finance and Administration area, Jane spent her early days working in the membership, awards and events departments. She is passionate about bringing value to association staff by helping them leverage technology to lower costs, improve efficiency, and increase non-dues revenue and membership engagement.

Deb is the Founder and President of Executivevents. With more than 30 years of full-service event management experience, Deb is recognized as an industry leader. Her deep industry knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to go above and beyond for her clients has allowed her to serve companies such as Microsoft, BNP Media, Brewers Association, PCMA, Kodak, and Beachbody.

Brad  is a seasoned events producer and entertainment project manager. He currently works for Gallagher Inc, a nationally based experiential firm, and has worked for large multinationals in the past such as Google Inc.
As both a live experience producer and competitive gamer, Brad has a unique viewpoint on the needs of the event industry, and a passion for its intersection into the virtual space.

Do I need any specific hardware to attend the summit?

Just a desktop computer or laptop that can install applications and has access to the internet. Reminder to turn on your audio speakers and your built-in microphone or use a headset of some kind (recommended for higher quality).

Who is able to attend the summit?

The Echo Virtual Summit is Free of charge and open to anyone who would like to join. Depending on demand we may limit capacity so please register as soon as possible. 

What should I expect as an attendee?

1) Fun. This is an exciting new technology that encourages exploration and interaction. 



2) Learning. The 2 panels will be incredibly informative in helping us all navigate the new world of virtual event experiences.



3) Networking. This platform is very unique in its ability to facility networking and interaction using 3D audio and private conversation areas. We highly encourage you walk up to people like you would at any conference, introduce yourself and start chatting!



4) Ideas. We hope you leave the summit inspired and with ideas racing through your head on ways you could execute virtual online experiences for your customers, members, constituents, etc



5) Connected. We're all a bit pent up and isolated at the moment. We hope the summit gives you a chance to engage in authentic human interaction.
